Multiple ways to open the cover
The printer not only has various installation methods, but also has multiple ways to open the cover. There is a cover wrench method, which can be easily opened by operating the cover wrench; a button cover opening method, which can be achieved by simply pressing the corresponding button; and a motor cover opening method, which uses the drive of the motor to complete the cover opening action.

Printer Cleaning
The print head should be cleaned if the printed ticket has obvious stripes or the printed content is not completely displayed. When cleaning the printer, it should be noted that the printer is in the state of power off. If the printer has just finished printing, it should wait 10-20 minutes for the printer to cool down to room temperature.
Clean the print head: pull the open cover wrench upward, use a soft brush to clean the paper channel and the residual scraps of paper in various sensors (remember not to touch the print head and sensors directly with hands or metal objects), then wipe the dust and dirt on the heat sensitive plate of the print head with alcohol sticky cotton ball (should be screwed dry).
Safety Precaution
1. Do not apply voltage or current to any pins in excess of the absolute maximum ratings. If voltage or current more than the absolute maximum is applied, excess current will flow through the device, which may result in heat damage.
2. Do not short-circuit any output pins with the power supply.
3. Do not drop conductive material onto the circuit board. Short-circuiting pins on the board may cause heat damage due to excess current or may melt the bonding wire.
4. Be sure to connect the device with the specified cables.

7. Tampering with this product may result in injury or electric shock.
Usage Precaution
1. User should use standard thermal paper, or it will influence our printer, moreover, it can damage the thermal head gradually.
2. The width, inner diameter, and outer diameter of the paper roll have to meet standard requirements, or it can make the paper sensor unable to work and paper jam.
3. Do not unplug the signal interface cable when the printer is powered on.
4. Never touch the printer head or motor driver at once directly after the printer has been working for a long time, or will get scalded.
5. There is great friction between the rubber roll and the thermal head, so the user cannot press the feed button or print anything when there is no paper, or it can damage the thermal sheet. Also cannot print when the platen opens.
6. User should clean the thermal head regularly with anhydrous alcohol to ensure the printer performs better and service life.
7. If the printer works outside, it needs to be cleaned regularly to ensure the sensor's work reliability.
8. When the printer is working, blocking up the paper mouth is forbidden.
9. If the actual current is less than the rated current, the printing effect will be affected.
Transportation and Storage Precaution
1. Be sure to set this equipment on a firm, stable, horizontal platform.
2. During transport or storage, protect the device by storing it in a conductive sponge, aluminum foil, etc.
3. If the equipment falls, it may break or cause injury.
4. Excess humidity and dust may destroy the equipment.
5. Do not place heavy objects on top of this product. Never stand or lean on this
Product.
6. Equipment may fall or collapse, causing breakage and possible injury.
7. To ensure safety, please unplug this product if it is unused for a long time.
