Quality Control

Interactive whiteboards are important teaching and office tools, so quality control is extremely important. In order to export high-quality interactive whiteboards, we strictly control their production procedures and have passed multiple system certifications such as ISO9001 and ISO14001. Our products have also obtained CE, ROHS and FCC certifications. The following are the main quality inspection processes we use during the production process.

Incoming Material Inspection

Raw material inspection

page-1-1 Inspection preparation

Before conducting raw material inspection, it is necessary to ensure that the inspectors are familiar with the relevant national standards and internal company standards, and understand the steps, content and methods of inspection. At the same time, prepare the required inspection equipment, including various dimensional measuring instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, etc., and ensure that the inspection environment has good lighting conditions for visual inspection.

page-1-1 LCD panel inspection

First, visually inspect the LCD panel to check whether there are scratches, stains, bubbles, cracks and other defects on the surface of the LCD panel. Then use precise measuring tools, such as calipers or micrometers, to measure the length, width and thickness of the LCD panel to ensure that the size meets the established standards or specifications.

page-1-1 Aluminum frame inspection

First, visually check the surface treatment of the aluminum frame, such as whether anodizing, spraying, etc. are uniform and smooth, without obvious flaws and defects. Then use measuring tools to measure the length, width, height and other dimensions of the aluminum frame to ensure that they meet the design requirements.

page-1-1 Bracket inspection

First, check whether the surface coating of the bracket is intact, without peeling, rusting, etc. Then measure the height, width, length and other dimensions of the bracket to ensure that it can be installed with the interactive whiteboard body.

Production Control

Production Control

page-1-1 Raw material processing

For the various raw materials required for interactive whiteboards, such as sheet cutting, plastic injection molding and other processing processes, operations must be carried out strictly in accordance with process requirements. The processing parameters, such as cutting size, injection molding temperature, pressure, etc., are monitored in real time through the equipment monitoring system to ensure that these parameters are within the specified range.

page-1-1 Main body manufacturing

During the manufacturing process of the interactive whiteboard body, the dimensional accuracy and surface quality must be strictly controlled. Use automated equipment for processing and assembly to ensure the matching accuracy of each component.

page-1-1 Electronic system manufacturing

Assemble and debug the electronic system of the interactive whiteboard. Ensure that the installation position of the electronic components is correct, the line connection is firm, and there are no short circuits, open circuits and other problems.

page-1-1 Overall assembly

Assemble the various components as a whole to form a complete interactive whiteboard product. During the assembly process, pay attention to protecting the appearance of the product to avoid scratches, collisions and other problems.

Finished Product Inspection

Finished Product Inspection

page-1-1 Overall appearance inspection

Perform a visual inspection first. Check the overall appearance of the interactive whiteboard for defects such as obvious scratches, stains, and deformation. Next, check the frame to assess its flatness and the tightness of the connection. After that, carefully observe whether the screen is flat and whether there are any defects such as bubbles, bright spots, or dark spots.

page-1-1 Functional inspection

First, use a touch response tester or touch the interactive whiteboard directly to test the sensitivity and accuracy of the touch function. Then, write and draw on the whiteboard with a matching writing tool or your fingers, focusing on the smoothness of the writing, the clarity of the handwriting, and the accuracy of the color. For interactive whiteboards with wireless connection functions (such as Wi-Fi or Bluetooth), test the stability and transmission speed of the connection to ensure that data can be transmitted and interacted with other devices without obstacles.

page-1-1 Performance evaluation

Use a color analyzer and a brightness tester to measure the display brightness, contrast, and color saturation of the interactive whiteboard. Make sure that these parameters meet the design requirements and maintain excellent display results under various ambient light conditions. At the same time, the operating system and software of the interactive whiteboard are tested, and performance indicators such as startup speed, response time and stability are carefully checked to ensure that the system can run smoothly without problems such as freezing or freezing.
